A mini-session to pinpoint a small issue, like an early morning waking or a short nap or change on the sleep schedule to suit both child and family. This is not meant to replace our private coaching, which takes time with more complex sleep challenges.

A mini-session to pinpoint a small issue, like an early morning waking or a short nap or change on the schedule to suit both child and the family. This is not meant to replace our private coaching, which takes time with more complex sleep challenges. It takes 45 min on Zoom and you can ask any questions or concerns regarding your little one's sleep.

We will have one more 15-min call in one week time after implementing some strategies and changed that we have discussed.

This session can also be used for individual Newborn education for expecting parents or babies below 12 weeks old to shape the sleep habits from such a young age without any training required and Angela will go through with you TO DOs and what can be done better to improve at early stage. Many parents find the session is very helpful that a profession can help them to assess their own situations and give suggestions and assurance of "GOOD" practices.
